NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) entered on September 16, 2013 in Case No. 2013 CA 351 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ALAN EVA is the Plaintiff and SERGIO AQUIRRE SANCHEZ, ANGELICA AGUERO CASTANON, and any unnamed spouses of the above named defendants; RHONDA SUPONIC and CAROL MILLER; any UNKNOWN TENANT, the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA and all UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under or against the above named defendants who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, lessees, tenants or other claimants, are Defendants, R. B. Chips Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October 2013, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, SHERMAN STUART SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (COMMON ADDRESS OF: 1616 SUPONIC AVENUE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34243)
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
