NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 4988, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. 2005-R8, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HENRY A. ROSS A/K/A HENRY ARTHUR ROSS, DECEASED; JONATHAN ROSS; JUDY WHITE; DEBORAH WHITESIDE F/K/A DEBORAH A. BROWN; SANDRA A. WHITE; LINDA SCOTT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; TIDEVUE ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK F, OF A REPLAT OF TIDEVUE ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A DOUBLEWIDE 1983 EAGLE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #'S AAAGA8410A AND AAAGA8410B
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
