NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009869ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, NICOLAU, JUAN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 14TH day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property:
