WARNER, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 26, IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
