NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 21, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-2957-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Residential Credit Solutions, is Plaintiff and Zelma McIntosh, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
