NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-003773-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for certificateholders of EMC Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-A, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-A, Plaintiff and Leonard Thielen and Jennifer Thielen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S.
