Powell a/k/a Patricia Powell are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, COLONY HEIGHTS, UNRECORDED: THE EAST 120.0 FEET, OF THE WEST 140.0 FEET, OF THE SOUTH 70.0 FEET, OF THE NORTH 567.64 FEET, OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
