NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CC-000474-ES, of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and BRYAN WALKER and WINDY DAWN WALKER, a/k/a WINDY D. WOODROW, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are the Defendants, PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 21, Block 2, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 1 and 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, page 110, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
