NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 008136 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and BLAKE GILLETT, ADMIRALS WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTINE GILLETT; JAMES GILLETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BLAKE GILLETT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 201, BUILDING 22, ADMIRAL'S WALK, A CONDOMINIUM , TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005102528, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
