NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated June 6, 2013, in Case No. 2012 CA 008663 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and ISAI ROJAS; JAMIE ROJAS ALSO KNOWN AS JAMIE N. WELCH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NOW KNOWN AS RAMON ROJAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NOW KNOWN AS ROSA ROJAS, are the Defendants, the HON. KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
