NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001499 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and HOLLY T. SCHRAMM, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, LEISURE LAKES, UNIT NO 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PART OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, APOLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BY DEED DATED MARCH 1994, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2621, PAGE 2015, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
