NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008942 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QA9, is Plaintiff, and SARA SACHETTI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, MAPLE HAMMOCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 10, 10A AND 10B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
