NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002044-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2AX is the Plaintiff and RICHARD C. FUGLE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FUGLE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 10, 2005; REGINA C. FUGLE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FUGLE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 10, 2005; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE FUGLE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 10, 2005; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAS OF SABAL TRACE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A COLLEN BAUMHARDT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT GREEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
