NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-000722 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and AARON SUTTER; JENNY SUTTER; TENANT #1 N/K/A KIM RICE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SHIRLEY PATEL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16,TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF LOCKWOOD RIDGE ROAD 1220 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 16, A DISTANCE OF 400 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO LOCKWOOD RIDGE ROAD, 100 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 16, 400 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF LOCKWOOD RIDGE ROAD; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET ALONG SAID CENTERLINE OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE WEST 254.8 FEET THEREOF TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 254.8 FEET THEREOF, FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES.
