NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2011-CA-009314 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and MAY BERMUDEZ A/K/A MAY A. BERMUDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAY BERMUDEZ A/K/A MAY A. BERMUDEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SMITH & SONS INSULATION, INC,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 2ndday of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 688, OF 17TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 16, 16A THRU 16L, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
