NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of September 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009484 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming y, through, under or against, Jewel Corona, Deceased, Unknown Spouse of Jewel Corona, M. Max Merrick, as last known heir of Jewel Corona, Crestwood Villas of Sarasota Multi-Condominium Association, Inc. f/k/a Crestwood Villas Property Owners' Association, Inc., Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. and City of Sarasota, Florida are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4, CRESTWOOD VILLAS OF SARASOTA, SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2148, PAGES 1429, AND AS AMENDED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 28, PAGES 16 THROUGH 16F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
