NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017601 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR10 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and GLORIA GYORKOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA GYORKOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “M”, UNIT NO. 8 FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 10 AND I0A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
