NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016395 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2005-9N is Plaintiff and MICHAEL C. SOEST; JULIE A. SOEST; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP.; BENT TREE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 347, BENT TREE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
