NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007711 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD HYSELL A/K/A RICHARD W. HYSELL A/K/A RICHARD WAYNE HYSELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 63, Block H, Desoto Acres, a ReSubdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, pages 41 and 42, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
