NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009840 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R-1, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE I. HORTON; TARA A. HORTON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA: THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE LOT 13410, ALL OF THE LOTS 13411 AND 13412, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
