Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-009209-NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is the Plaintiff, and HARRY HALL, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 2, Block 474, 8th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20, 20A through 20ZZ, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 15th day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
