WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and MARSHA CHANCEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARSHA drop CHANCEY drop; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 9th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1751, OF THIRTY-FOURTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 18, 18A THROUGH 18M, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
