NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-007562 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THEMISTOKLES KONSTANTINOU A/K/A THEMISTOKLES A. KONSTANTINOU; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JASON HAYES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
