and located at 2305 S.E. 20th Place, Cape Coral, FL 33990, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on November 13, 2013.
