Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-1684 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of October, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4603, Building 46, MILL RUN AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000246255, and Amendments recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000364482 and Official Records Instrument No. 2006000364483, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
