Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-51862 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 2 day of October, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 1102-C of Pointe Royal Condominium-C, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1851, Page 4503, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
