NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055505 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein jpmorgan chase bank, national association SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and EDUARDO FERNANDEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 426, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 15, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
