MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOM MARTIN A/K/A TOM A. MARTIN; GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GENE PIERRE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JACK WILLY PIERRE are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE WEST 25.00 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK B, SANTA ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
