NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 28 day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-59367, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, na, is the Plaintiff and THEODORE WOODBRIDGE A/K/A T.R. WOODBRIDGE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and CAROLE A. WOODBRIDGE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 4 , SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS THE WESTERLY 2/3 OF WESTERLY 19 RODS OR THE WESTERLY 194.61 FEET OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 4.
SUBJECT TO: AN EASEMENT FOR INGREES AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS, IF ANY, NONE OF WHICH ARE WARRANTED.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
