NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed September 13, 2013, filed in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-053952 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC Plaintiff and David A. Poole a/k/a David Poole and Yukie Poole, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, COUNTRY ESTATES, BEING A PORTION OF LOT 23, BLOCK 2, TERRY, TICE & VANDERWALKER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23; THENCE RUN NORTHWARDLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 880.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHWARDLY ALONG THE SAME LINE, A DISTANCE 80.0 FEET; THENCE RUN EASTWARDLY ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 23, A DISTANCE OF 134.89 FEET TO THE WEST SIDE OF A DEDICATED ROAD; THENCE RUN SOUTHWARDLY ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF SAID ROAD 80.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTWARDLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 23, A DISTANCE OF 134.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
