NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed September 13, 2013, filed in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055954 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and James Snyder and Karen Snyder are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 4840, CAPE CORAL UNIT 71, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
