Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 17, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CC-2183 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of October, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 532, SANIBEL HARBOUR YACHT CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by Instrument No. 2006000142556, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
