NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-057215 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 14 day of October, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 59 AND 60, BLOCK 4486, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48-81, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
