Lots 11 & 12, Block 5744, Unit 87, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 67 to 87, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9;00 a.m. on October 14, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
