NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 13, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. Case, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on October 14, 2013, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 201 OF CORAL KEYES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1778, PAGE 4643, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
