That certain Condominium Parcel Composed of Unit 74, Building 7 and an Undivided Interest or Share in the Common Elements Appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other Provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Westchester Manor, a Condominium, as Recorded in O.R. Book 3639, Page 1674 Et. Seq., of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERIC N. APPLETON, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before NOV 4, 2013, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
