NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011316, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EMILY J. WOOD; SHAWN WILSON A/K/A SHAWN C. WILSON; KELLY WILSON A/K/A KELLY M. WILSON; SUNSHINE VILLAGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JUDY WILSON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the _24th_ day of _October_, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, SUNSHINE VILLAGE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
