NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006173 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2004-AA5, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Andrea E. Northrop, as Trustee of the Andrea E. Northrop Revocable Trust agreement dated February 25, 2005, Bank of America, NA, Andrea E. Northrop, Martin T. Northrop, South Ridge of Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Andrea E. Northrop Revocable Trust agreement dated February 25, 2005, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
