NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 09, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-012941 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST, 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL BELDERES A/K/A MICHAEL ANDREW BELDERES; TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHAEL MARTIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
