NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032100 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-10, is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Holden, James R. Whicker, CACH, LLC, Cacv of Colorado, LLC, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Accredited Home Lenders, Inc, a California Corporation, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
