NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-023490 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, NA, by Merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Leonides Damas, Grande Oasis at Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., John Doe n/k/a Carlos Mendes, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. acting solely as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A., Leonides Damas, Unknown Spouse of Leonides Damas, if married, n/k/a (Refused Name), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3420 IN BUILDING 3400 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS AMENDED.
