NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-024938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certidicateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Maria M. Iriarte-Arias a/k/a Maria M. Iriarte, Francisco A. Lopez-Lopez, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Beth Diaz, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
