NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-020640 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Jennifer L. Bognasco, Cheryl A. Cook, Donna S. Cook, Greens of Countryway Homeowners Association, Inc., Suntrust Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Henry Heran, Tenant #2 n/k/a spouse of Henry Heran, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
