NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006422 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-S1, is the Plaintiff and Freddy A Genao, Rosa M Genao, Countryway Homeowners Association Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Freddy A Genao, The Unknown Spouse of Rosa M Genao, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
