BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FRED KOPEC, JR., TRUSTEE OF THE KOPEC REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 8, 1997; FRED KOPEC, JR.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KOPEC REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 8, 1997 BY PROVISIONS OF SAID TRUST; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KIP PRANG., are defendants. N 00°39'30” W, 432.15 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE OF THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 92: RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 20.69 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE THAT IS CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST, HAVING A RADIUS OF 2894.93 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00°24'34” SUBTENDED BY A CHORD THAT BEARS N 74°27'31” E AND HAVING THE LENGTH OF 20.69 FEET TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 35; DEPARTING FROM SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE RUN THENCE S 00°39'30” E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 35, 788.42 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
