Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated August 27, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-003068, Division N, of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A. as successor-by-merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin banking corporation, (the “Plaintiffs”) and RUSSELL LIEBOWITZ, individually, SUSAN LIEBOWITZ, individually, (the “Borrowers”) USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, a Texas corporation, KARA LEE MEJIA, H. JOHN MEJIA, TREE TOPS NEIGHBOORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, (the “Defendants”), the Office of the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online on the 14TH day of January 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the website address, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 6, TREE TOPS NORTH PHASE 2A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 103, Page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
