NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-023220 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage LLC , is the Plaintiff and Geoffrey Wilkes A/K/A Geoffrey Glidden Wilkes, Keisha L. Martinez A/K/A Keisha Lee Wilkes Martinez, As Personal Representative Of The Estate Of Richard E. Wilkes, Deceased, Keisha L. Martinez A/K/A Keisha Lee Wilkes Martinez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
