NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020386 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Tamara Zalazar Aleman, Ellezer Figueroa, Renaissance Villas Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

I-124-04-1, RENAISSANCE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETOACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15820, PAGE 1951, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
