NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-006177, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and T & K FORD PROPERTIES, LLC AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALL UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2010 , KNOWN AS 6407 INTERBAY BOULEVARD RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST; TIMOTHY L. FORD; KIMBERLY ANN FORD; ROBERT C. CVITKOVICH; UNKNOWN SPOUE OF ROBERT C. CVITKOVICH IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK B, INTERBAY, TOGETHER WITH THAT 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
