Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-006031, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Centennial Bank, successor-in-interest to Heritage Bank of Florida, and against the Defendants, KHC Management, LLC and Westchase Commons Commercial Center Owner's Association, Inc., jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 28 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence South 89° 15' 52” East, along the South boundary thereof a distance of 1647.24 feet; thence North 11° 45' 08” East, a distance of 36.81 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way line of Linebaugh Avenue and a point on a curve; thence 51.11 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1224.00 feet, subtended by a chord of 51.10 feet, bearing North 87° 04' 04” East; thence North 04° 35' 48” West, 10.00 feet; thence North 85° 24' 12” East, 20.00 feet; thence South 04° 35' 48” East, 10.00 feet; thence 129.82 feet along said right of way line and along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1224.00 feet, subtended by a chord of 129.76 feet, bearing North 81° 53' 49” East, thence departing said Northerly right of way North 11° 45' 08” East, 344.84 feet; thence North 78° 16' 22” West, 28.18 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 78° 16' 22” West, 40.00 feet; thence North 11° 43' 38” East, 77.00 feet; thence South 78° 16' 22” East, 40.00 feet; thence South 11° 43' 38” West, 27.42 feet; thence South 78° 16' 22” East, 3.00 feet; thence South 11° 43' 38” West, 22.17 feet; thence North 78° 16' 22” West, 3.00 feet; thence South 11°43' 38” West, 27.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
